Today, has been declared as International Women's Day.
What's next then? What women able to do? Indonesia Women Labour Alliance held peace demonstration in several strategic places, such as Monas and jalan Thamrin in the morning. Issues, whichever, had been claiming and striving by women, we can name it as "never ending women's struggling". Why women, until this second, have to screaming out their rights?
Some day ago, I involved in hottest discussion with my best friend, a man of course, point to in timely centuries women had been considered as second level people, almost even whole through entire of the world. In the whole lifetime women could fight for theirselves, the other side, eventhough women would be proud as heroes in their family. Ironic. He said that, tried to being empathy, this world had gone too far built by man world. People's mind set had been formed by values, norms, ethics, and so on which gain for men in every condition.
According of my opinion, this is such a sadness history of women. But, in order of strenghten, women were always coming forward with their truly omipotence. Women are stronger, smarter, great, and more than that, survivor. Even have to struggle in the very very long time of human history, women never latle. Women straight to the vision, beside of their daily tasks need to handle.
Regarding to the election almost here, what women have to do to fulfill 20% quota for women in parliament? Never doubt to choose women! We are going to the election on April, 9. Viva Women vote for women! Viva my lovely country, Indonesia! Let's doing the most democratic election ever been done. God bless us.
